This five-week online journey is a sacred container designed for women who feel called to walk in deeper communion with the spirit of Amanita — to learn, unlearn, and remember through the archetype of the Maiden. Together, we co-weave a supportive and safe community where curiousity, reverence, and sisterhood guide the way.

Each journey invites you to explore the ever-evolving and fascinating world of Amanita, through a blend of education, embodied microdosing practices, conscious connected breathwork, and feminine archetypal wisdom. Within this space, we honour both the science and the spirit — bridging ancient teachings with grounded integration to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to your intuitive nature.

Guided by the turning of the seasons, each offering of the Amanita Maiden Journey carries its own unique energetic blueprint — shaped by the cyclical wisdom of nature. Themes and topics shift to reflect the medicine of the moment, offering practices that attune your inner landscape to the rhythms of the Earth.

• The Art of Sacred Relationship - Learning to approach Amanita with respect, reciprocity, and intuitive listening.

• ​The Language of Amanita - Education on Amanita’s chemistry, safety, uses, and the energetics of working with her consciously.

• Whispers from the Forest - Exploring how Amanita communicates through dreams, signs, and subtle energies. Connecting to the fairies, elementals and spirits of the forest.

• Blooming into Being - Integrating insights into daily life through art, ritual, and self-reflection — celebrating emergence and embodiment.

While journeying through the spring season together we also honour the cycles of the moon, weaving in wisdom from the New Moon to Full Moon, inviting in deeper presence with the lessons each phase offers. As well as bringing awareness to what is occurring astrologically that may be influencing our journey together. Each New Moon carries a frequency of potential — a still point between cycles where we can plant seeds in the dark. Its vibration invites introspection, clearing, and renewal. It resonates with the yin polarity — receptive, intuitive, and hidden.

Whereas when we journey with the Full Moon, the frequency is of amplification — everything is heightened, revealed, and brought to light. Its vibration calls for expression, gratitude, and release of what’s been growing since the New Moon. It carries the yang polarity — active, expressive, magnetic in outward motion.
